Return & Refund Policy

Please read our Return & Refund Policy and choose products in our shop carefully.

Attention!

We don’t do returns and give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision when purchased an item from our shop due to:

  • We don’t have any warehouse and almost every diagnostic tool is ordered by us specially for you from our partners and suppliers;
  • When you purchase software or any product with included software solution we need to activate software licence so there is no way to return it;
  • Some tools like Enigma Tool, DiagProg 3 and etc. also have activation, so there is no way to return them back and to get a refund;
  • CAN filters and other equipment that need soldering to install can’t be returned if this equiment works fine;


Returns & Refunds

  • If you received an item that you bought from us and it’s not working since you received it we will change it or repair it by our warranty service (shipping costs covered by our company);
  • If you received wrong item we will refund you after you return the wrong item to us or resend you propper item (shipping costs covered by our company);
  • If you received an item from our shop please check the package for any damage before you sign for the shippment, if you notice any damage please inform shipping company (do not sign if you think that equipment is damaged) and us by phone or email;
