AdBlue® AUS 32

AdBlue ® AUS 32 is a Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) suitable for all diesel vehicles equipped with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system for NOx reduction. We offer this VDA, or Verband der Automobilindustrie (German Association of the Automotive Industry) approved urea solution. AdBlue ® AUS 32 details

AdBlue ® AUS 32 manufactured following the ISO 22241 standard. ISO 22241-1:2006 standard specifies the quality characteristics of the NOx reduction agent AUS 32 (aqueous urea solution or diesel exhaust fluid). AUS 32 is necessary for selective catalytic reduction converters to work correctly. Usually, we can find these SCR systems in diesel vehicles equipped with EURO 5 and EURO 6 emission standard engines and exhaust systems.

Adblue ® AUS32

The main role of AUS 32 agent is to provide NH3 (ammonia) into the exhaust system of diesel engine for NOx reduction. AdBlue ® AUS 32 made of 67,5% deionized water and 32,5% high-purity industrial Aqueous Urea Solution. Exposure to high exhaust gas temperature decomposes AUS 32 to ammonia. AUS 32 solution freezes at -11,5 degrees C (eutectic mixture in a part frozen state, the unfrozen solution remains at 32.5%). AdBlue ® AUS 32 expected consumption level is about 3 to 5 percent of fuel consumption, it depends on engine, exhaust and enviroment temperature, also on the engines load level and rpms.
