We redesigned this adapter-cable for better humidity resistance, also we have reduced the diameter of the cable harness armor so it’s now more compact and way handier when it comes to the installation process. And now the main thing! We have reduced the price of this product hugely! The old price tag was 59 EUR per unit, and now we started to offer them for 29 EUR per unit or in kits of ten or twenty units with even lower unit price. This AdBlue emulator designed to support the most complicated Volvo and Renault EURO 6 vehicles that are equipped with a retarder system. Keep in mind this emulator is designed to work only with vehicles equipped with retarder and only the EURO 6 versions, other models without retarder or EURO 5 and older versions not supported by this device. The device is a newly developed version of the previous emulator generation that was designed also for EURO 6 Volvo vehicles with a retarder system.

As usual, we are trying our best and this device also designed, developed and manufactured in the European Union. It is assembled from the highest quality components to minimise any fault caused by ambient temperature fluctuations and heat from the exhaust pipes since this emulator must be installed in the original NOx sensor module box.

NOx Sensor Emulator DAF EURO 5 details

First things first, this device emulates both (two) NOx sensors (upstream and downstream), so it covers NOx emissions control completely. It means that the emulator will provide necessary data to the ECU needed for proper work of engine even if the catalytic converter is damaged or removed. No more OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) errors, no engine limp mode activations or rough run. The engine will work smoothly with normal fuel consumption level.
