EURO 6 Emulator for Volvo now available only for 99 EUR

Volvo EURO 6 soot level critical

EURO 6 Volvo trucks are quite common on roads. We have good news for all owners of EURO 6 Volvo trucks since we are making a limited time offer for EURO 6 SCR Emulator Volvo V2 product. Now you can purchase this state-of-art emulator just for 99 euros. This device supports all Volvo trucks with the highest at this moment emission control systems (except models with retarder system). These emulators developed and manufactured in Europe, and we offer next business day delivery to any European Union country (with 12 months warranty). We will send emulators prepared for your trucks so don’t forget to provide the DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) tank capacity data (usually 60 or 90 litres, but you must check it yourself to avoid any mistakes and compatibility issues). Please don’t try this emulator on other trucks like Volvo EURO 5 or EURO 4 and trucks made by other manufacturers, and it could harm the emulator and the car itself. Also, don’t forget to read the installation manual and follow all steps carefully. Don’t forget, we have SCR emulators for all vehicles, check out our online store, and you’ll find any SCR emulator that you need.

EURO 6 Emulator for Volvo

Attention! SCR emulators are illegal in some countries. You should check your local laws or laws of those countries that you might cross with your vehicle. SCR emulator alters SCR system thus makes the vehicle to produce higher exhaust gas emissions. EURO 6 and EURO 5 vehicles equipped with SCR emulator device will no longer match those EURO standards. Our SCR emulators designed for countries where environmental rules are less strict, and there are no requirements for vehicles to satisfy EURO 6 or EURO 5 regulations. By purchasing any SCR emulator, you assume full responsibility for the use of the device. It’s your personal decision to use an emulator or not. We will not accept any liability for any consequences associated with usage of SCR emulator devices.

AdBlue emulators and SCR systems – everything you need to know

EURO 6 AdBlue Emulator for MAN, DAF, Volvo and Scania trucks.

AdBlue emulators are devices intended to take over control of the SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system. SCR system is responsible for control of exhaust system on the modern truck, bus or other vehicles. A lot of the vehicles made and used in Europe equipped with diesel engines. Older diesel engines had a simple catalytic converter called DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst). This type of catalytic converter is common for all compression-ignition engines. Diesel oxidation catalytic converters made from ceramic core coated with palladium, platinum and aluminum oxide. These coatings serve as catalysts to oxidize the remains of the hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide in the exhaust gasses with oxygen to form carbon dioxide and water. But at certain conditions diesel engines may produce significant amounts of NOx (Mono-Nitrogen Oxides) emissions. Mono-nitrogen oxides NO and NO2 (nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide) considered as pollutants and led to the introduction of SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) systems.

Selective Catalytic Reduction system

Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system is a device that has one purpose, to reduce the quantity of Mono-Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) in engine exhaust gasses. While diesel oxidation catalytic converter (DOC) is capable of reducing emissions of hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide, SCR is capable of reducing NOx emissions. SCR catalytic converter core usually made from ceramic (titanium oxide) and coated with oxides of such metals as tungsten, vanadium, molybdenum and other precious or rare metals.

Anyway, this type of catalytic converter needs an additional component to perform necessary reduction reaction. The required reduction reaction is only possible by adding a solution of anhydrous ammonia, aqueous ammonia or urea. This additive called DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid). The most popular DEF solution on the market is AdBlue. AdBlue is a registered trademark of German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA). That’s why emulators of SCR systems often called AdBlue Emulators. Continue reading AdBlue emulators and SCR systems – everything you need to know

Selective Catalytic Reduction catalytic converter works by injecting Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) for example AdBlue to the exhaust system. DEF injected before catalytic converter chamber where it mixes with exhaust gasses. Selective Catalytic Reduction System is capable of reducing NOx quantity in exhaust gasses only when the specified temperature reached in catalytic converter chamber. It is important that the temperature will reach 360-450°C otherwise SCR effectiveness is relatively small.
